Faulty or Damaged Goods - If the goods are faulty you may also return the goods and will be entitled to a full refund or replacement goods. The following procedure must be adhered to:
Please contact me in the first instance by telephone (07976 904184 ) within 24 hours of receipt of the tiara. Mail, or e-mail to request a return of goods (in the case of a return being notified by telephone we will require a confirmation of your request via mail, fax or e-mail). We advise customers to acquire proof of posting from the post office or to send goods by special delivery (which has to be signed for) when returning goods.
None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
